Tell us if you are a school, clinic, or agency, then choose how many seats you need. Each active seat fully covers one communicator.
Add the people you support
Provision a ready-to-use profile for a device (you get a one-time login link), bulk-import a class list, or invite someone who already has MyTalker. Each one uses a seat.
Invite staff and assign students
Add teachers, therapists, and aides with their own role. Assign each student to a staff member so they see exactly their own class, nothing more.
See how it is going
An activity dashboard shows words said over time, busiest places and times, a per-staff breakdown, and each person's recent words, so you can support them well.
You fund it, they never hit a paywall
Funding is per seat: while a seat covers someone, they get the full app with no trial countdown and no upsell. Add or remove people as your roster changes, and a freed seat is ready for the next person.
Staff roles and per-teacher classes
Owners and admins manage the whole organization. Teachers, therapists, and aides see only the students assigned to them, including their activity and their recent words. Everyone gets just what they need.
Curate for a class at once
Suggest improvements across many people in one step: hide or prefer a word, push a shared class word onto every board, or set support level and learning. Org-wide defaults apply to everyone, and a person's own setting always wins.
Private by design
The same privacy stance applies to every seat: location sharing is off by default and coarse, history is consent-based, and minors are protected under COPPA and GDPR. The communicator stays in the driver's seat.
Funding and invoicing
Pricing is per seat, with room for volume. Many AAC users are funded through schools, clinics, or insurance, so we support annual billing and purchase orders. Get in touch and we will set you up the way you are reimbursed.
